The short version: Halo Lift is a workout tracking tool, not medical advice. Use it sensibly, train safely, and the optional Pro subscription renews until you cancel it.
By downloading or using Halo Lift, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Halo Lift is a mobile application for logging workouts, building routines, tracking strength progress, body weight, and activity. It is provided as a tool to help you record and review your own training.
Halo Lift is for informational and tracking purposes only. It does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice. Always consult a qualified professional before starting or changing any exercise program. You are responsible for training safely and within your own limits. We are not liable for any injury or health outcome related to your use of the app.
Your training data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing it up (the app provides an export feature). Deleting the app may permanently remove your data from your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Halo Lift offers an optional paid subscription ("Halo Pro") with additional features. The following terms apply:

Halo Lift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
