Halo Pro is billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select Halo Lift, and choose your option. Your free features always stay free.
If you've subscribed to Halo Pro and it isn't showing as active (for example, after reinstalling), open Halo Lift, go to the Halo Pro screen, and tap Restore Purchases.
All of your training data is stored locally on your device. Halo Lift doesn't use accounts or cloud servers for your data. To keep a copy or move to a new phone, use Export in the app's settings to save a backup, then Import it on your new device.
On your old phone, open Settings in Halo Lift and tap Export Data to save a backup file (for example to iCloud Drive or AirDrop). On your new phone, install Halo Lift, open Settings, and tap Import / Restore to load the backup.
If you connect Apple Health, Halo Lift reads your steps and activity to display your daily movement. This is read-only and never leaves your device. You can revoke access anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Halo Lift.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Halo Lift in iOS Settings → Notifications → Halo Lift, and that reminders are turned on inside the app's settings. If they still don't appear, try toggling the reminder off and on again.
Email almir.apps@proton.me and we'll get back to you. Including your device model and iOS version helps us solve issues faster.
